BREATHING
Super breathing for singers and for health is very very
important. A well-developed technique of controlled breathing in and out is
invaluable for singers and marvelous for everyone personal health. It will
expand your chest an inch or two, flatten sagging tummy muscles and correct
your posture. It also cleanses the lungs, re-oxygenate and relaxes you when you
are tense or nervous.
There are three aspects of breathing which the singer must
acquire
I.
The ability to inhale large quantity of air
II.
The ability to snatch a good breath quickly
III.
And more importantly the ability to control the
escape of breath.
Breathing and breath control are
two different studies, so we would treat them separately.
